Accidental gluten free finds at Lidl 🔍
Check out what gluten free items we found at Lidl.
We had such a great response to the gluten free finds at Aldi that we’ve done on for Lidl and we’ll give it a go at the rest of the supermarkets too!
When something is described as ‘accidentally’ gluten free, it’s when a product is gluten free but it’s not in a gluten free section of a supermarket or it’s not labelled gluten free. It just didn’t need gluten in it’s ingredients and we love it because:
1) Usually they’re more exciting items
2) They’re likely to be cheaper than if they were sat in a free from aisle
3) I’m just sad and get so excited finding ‘normal’ food that’s gluten free when you don’t expect it!
Everything in this article is gluten free without any ‘may contain’ so safe for coeliacs 🙂
